Refund policy

We accept the return of an item within 14 days of purchase provided the item is returned to us in original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please first contact us at info@ludwigandleopold.com with proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

If your return request is accepted, we shall send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall notify you if a refund has been approved in which case you shall be automatically refunded (excluding shipping) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
